Organize Your Daily Life with Shortkeys
Shortkeys offers a wide range of actions that you can assign to your custom shortcuts. Whether you want to run custom JavaScript, open a bookmark or bookmarklet, scroll, go back or forward in history, jump to a specific tab by URL, or even zoom in and out, Shortkeys has got you covered. The possibilities are endless, and the best part is that more actions are constantly being added to enhance your browsing experience.
Efficient Tab Management for Business
One of the standout features of Shortkeys is its ability to enable or disable key combinations when you're focused on a form field. This means that you can use keyboard shortcuts without worrying about triggering them while typing in a form. With Shortkeys, you can have the best of both worlds - efficient shortcuts and seamless form completion.
Customize Your Browsing Experience
Not only does Shortkeys offer a wide range of actions and customization options, but it also provides the flexibility to blacklist or whitelist specific shortcuts on specific sites. This means that you can choose which shortcuts are active on which sites, giving you complete control over your browsing experience.
Create Personalized Shortcuts
Shortkeys allows you to create your own unique key combinations by combining zero or more modifier keys (such as shift, option, alt, ctrl, and command) with an action key. The action key can be a letter, number, punctuation, or special key, giving you the freedom to create shortcuts that are intuitive and easy to remember. You can even string multiple key combos together to create key sequences, similar to how Gmail has shortcuts like "g i" to go to the inbox.
With Shortkeys, you no longer have to settle for the default Chrome shortcuts. You can personalize your browsing experience and streamline your workflow by creating shortcuts that suit your needs. Whether you're a power user looking to save time or someone with specific accessibility requirements, Shortkeys is the perfect tool to enhance your browsing experience.

Could you please make Scrolling which set by Chrome Shortcut page more smooth? thanks!
Thank you for the extension. For some reason the custom close tab shortcut only close the current tab even though I'm selecting multiple tabs. Can you fix this?
No matter what I try, I can't get the shortcuts to work. Even the example "ctrl+a" does not trigger. [UPDATE] It works!! Make sure you check the support pages to fix your issues ! Make sure you refresh the tab you want to test your shortcut on and don't try the shortcut on a 'new tab', that jut doesn't work..
Specifically added it to get rid of the ctrl+w function that closes tabs, as it's a function that has never been useful to me but has occasionally shut down a browser tab where I was typing text. I followed the directions, opened new windows, tried variations of "ctrl+w", ctrl + w", "control+w", etc, and nothing ever worked. When I looked it up to see if anyone else had the problem and fixed it, many had the same problem, nobody had replied to their comments with a potential fix. 0*/5
